Rest API: Added managing of synonym groups with endpoints related to /v1/editing/synonym_groups.

Backstage > Finance: Optional check for VAT ID entered for EU customers. When this check is activated, a warning is displayed for EU-based customers in "Master Data > Finance" when a tax calculation without charging is selected but no VAT ID is entered. Additionally, no ERP documents can be posted for this customer in that case. This helps to prevent problems with incorrectly issued invoices.
