Event

Overview

Use Events to announce upcoming events and activities on your page. Each event can include a title, date and time, detailed description, and location. You can even tie a registration form to an event. Use View Section to embed your latest events into a page.

Create an event page

  1. Navigate to Content > Add Content > Event.
  2. Fill in the fields described below.
    • You only need to fill in the mandatory fields. Any optional field you leave blank will simply not appear on the page.
  3. Click Save.
    • You can review any change before saving it with the Preview button.
    • To make new content visible on your website, turn on the Content is live (published) option.

Create events listing

You can display all your events in a custom layout on a dedicated page using the View Section feature.

  • For detailed instructions on creating and configuring events listings, refer to the View Section article of this guide.

Note

Available Display Options
We are currently revising the Event content type. At this time, only Display: Archive is available to publish events.
More display options will be added in the future.
